In the warmer months, we move our training outdoors, to our BeaverFit modular rig. This provides a unique training experience designed to meet a variety of strength and functionality training needs in an outdoor environment. Equipment includes assault bike, skiErg, rower, TRX, and squat rack.
Our outdoor Assault Course is the perfect setting for a challenge. All of our facilities have been created to maximise exercise potential and allow our members to push themselves – and the Assault Course is no exception. With hurdles, crawling nets, monkey bars, and more, all designed to push your mental and physical strength, it is the perfect way to work out.
