Adult Performance Membership includes the use of the 200m outdoor swimming lake, assault course and the high performance gym. Our performance gym is perfect for a wide range of abilities and features the latest matrix equipment.
Health Club and Performance Gym Adult Fitness Membership includes the use of both the health club gym and high performance gym. Plus you’ll receive access to the following facilities: indoor pool, indoor sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, 3 fitness studios where we hold over 75 fitness classes, tennis courts, 200m outdoor swimming lake and assault course.
The Swimming Only Membership includes the use of the indoor pool, spa and outdoor lake.
Direct debits and annual memberships are 12-month contracts
Flexi membership options are available for a 3-month minimum contract
Our team of professionals are on hand throughout the day to ensure you have the best quality assistance, encouragement and care. We offer our members regular assessments and provide detailed training plans to assist you towards your fitness goals. Alongside the levels of service, we have the Fitlinxx and MYZONE monitoring systems to ensure you maintain progress and work to the correct intensities.
For additional help and advice on achieving your fitness goals, we have a friendly team of qualified Personal Trainers on hand.

My favourite place in Bicester/Chesterton. I’m pretty much here every day working out in the gym or using the spa. It’s my happy place. Excellent facilities, friendly staff and a really good bar as well. Also the roof top terrace is one of best hidden gems in Oxfordshire.

Beautiful day to visit the lake for my 1st open water swim. I called before to find about about how things worked and received great advice and support when I attended. Easy to get to, reasonably priced, clean and good facilities, great communication and safety monitored at all times. A beautiful location! Will definitely be visiting again.
It’s diversity. There’s something for everyone. Gym, Swim, Pilates, Cycle, Personal Trainers, Zumba, Tai Chi, Dance, Barre and much more. Where can you get all this except at BHC!
