Bicester Gym Studios and Classes

Enjoy Spinning, HIIT, Yoga, Pilates or even Boot-Camp at Bicester Gym! With three studios and an outdoor training space, we can host 90+ classes per week. 

 

Classes are included within the membership categories (subject to membership type) and can be booked six days in advance of the class. Spa Day and hotel guests may book a class at an additional cost, subject to availability.

Studio 1

Studio 1 is suited to our high-impact and dance-orientated fitness classes. Our fully air-conditioned space can accommodate up to 20 people and is fitted with a high-quality sound system.

If you were looking for yoga classes in Bicester, Studio 2 is suited for such holistic-orientated fitness classes. Our fully air-conditioned space can accommodate up to 20 people and is fitted with a great sound system.

Swimming Pool

We run Aqua aerobics classes during the week in our heated indoor swimming pool with a depth of 1.2M. This low impact class combines the principles of traditional aerobic workouts (like cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises) with the natural resistance and support provided by water.

The spinning studio is situated within a dedicated room and holds 14 bikes plus a space for the personal trainer or instructor. We have a range of equipment available such as our state-of-the-art Matrix Bikes giving each class a different feel.

Ashtanga vinyasa-based practice, if you like to work hard and have thought about trying yoga this is the class for you. A strong athletic practice based on the principles of Ashtanga. This practice develops strength and flexibility, helping create a strong lean body.

Hatha yoga

Allow the beginner Hatha yoga class to guide you through the basic poses and movements to develop strong foundations in this discipline. This class is suitable for all abilities, taking more time to practice each pose and ensure you really feel the true essence of yoga.
